张鹏

任仕达中国服务外包事业部总经理

张鹏先生目前出任任仕达中国服务外包事业部总经理，全面负责中国大陆服务外包的业务运作和战略发展。

张鹏先生18年横跨人力资源及IT两大领域，他对中国劳动力市场、人力资源服务及IT行业研究广泛而深入，在人力资源综合解决方案设计、实施及企业管理方面经验丰富，对利用IT技术实现开创性的人力资源综合管理洞察深刻，更精通企业客户需求并为之提供全方位解决方案。

在加入任仕达中国以前，张鹏先生曾担任万宝盛华集团中国全球战略客户总监、路敏思中国副总裁等大型企业高级管理职务。

Rockee Zhang is currently the General Manager of Randstad China Staffing & Outsourcing Division, who is fully responsible for business operations and strategic development of staffing & outsourcing in mainland China.

Rockee has owned plentiful experiences both in HR and IT areas for nearly 20 years. He has extensive and in-depth research and study on labor market, HR services and IT industry in China. Meanwhile, he has considerable experience in the design and implementation of integrated HR solutions and enterprise management. And he has a deep insight in how to achieve groundbreaking in synthetical HR management based on IT technologies. What’s more, he is extremely skilled at generating comprehensive solutions for specific customer requirements.

Prior to joining Randstad China, Rockee served as the global strategic client director of Manpower Group China and the vice president of Lumins China.
